Christmas Book Haul 2016!

Hey Guys!

I hope you're all having a great week, and looking forward to the weekend.

I know I had said a few posts ago that I planned to do a "What I got for Christmas Post", but I changed my mind and decided just to post a Christmas book haul like last year instead.

My family all decided this year to do small gifts for Christmas, as we just decided none of us needed to be buying big gifts this year, and we wanted to focus on other aspects of Christmas than just gifts this year.

However, that meant I received many many small presents, and I didn't want this post to be so long that anyone would be bored reading it, and since books were mainly what I received anyways, I did just decided to share the books with you all, and not everything else.

I want to preface this by saying that I did receive quite a few books for Christmas this year. My lovely TBTB Santa sent me a few, my best friend bought me a couple, my family bought me a couple, and my hubby took advantage of the Book Outlet Black Friday Sale, the Indigo bonus points promotion, and as well he cashed in a ton of his Swag Bucks to buy me books from Indigo and Amazon this year.

So while I definitely received a ton of books, I promise that he didn't spend nearly as much as what it looks like, and I'm definitely not intending this post to come across as bragging, I'm just really thankful and excited for the books I received, and I wanted to share them with you all.

First thing, I received two beautiful cookbooks. My hubby purchased the Eat Like A Gilmore cookbook for me, and my sister bought me this adorable Disney Princess Tea Party Cookbook. Lol you can tell how well they both know me.

The rest of the books I've split into three categories: Inspirational Fiction, Adult Fiction, and Young Adult Fiction.

First up are the Inspirational Fiction Books.

I received five love inspired novels which are always some of my favorites:

Reuniting With The Cowboy by Shannon Taylor Vannatter
The Soldier's Surprise Family by Jolene Navarro
His Holiday Matchmaker by Kat Brookes
A Mom For Christmas by Lorraine Beatty
The Pastor's Christmas Courtship by Glynna Kaye

I'm really excited about all five of these books, as I love Colleen Coble's and Denise Hunter's novels, and I've been really wanting to try books by both Regina Jennings and Sarah E Ladd.

Caught In The Middle by Regina Jennings
A Heart's Home by Colleen COble
Dangerous Depths by Colleen Coble
The Wishing Season by Denise Hunter
The Curiosity Keeper by Sarah E Ladd

Inspirational Fiction is a genre I come to love more and more each year, and I'm so excited to have so many new ones to try out this out year.

Winter Brides by Denise Hunter, Betsey St Amant, and Deborah Raney: I've already read this one and completely loved it, so I'm excited to have my own copy now.

Princess Ever After by Rachel Hauck: I purchased the first one in this series a couple of months ago, and I now honestly can't wait to marathon read them.

Midnight Sea by Colleen Coble
Betting On Hope by Debra Clopton
And Christmas Tails by Melody Carlson

Lastly for Inspirational Fiction:

All is Calm, All is Bright by Colleen Coble,
A Match Made In Texas by Karen Witemeyer. Regina Jennings, Mary Connealy, and Carol Cox
Lizzy and Jane by Katherine Reay,
and Falling Like Snowflakes by Denise Hunter.

Lol the other Debra Clopton one was actually not a Christmas present, and somehow accidentally ended up in my Christmas stack of books when I was organizing everything this morning.

Next, For adult fiction, I received:

Starry Night, Rose Harbor in Bloom and Dashing Through The Snow by Debbie Macomber
Christmas Under The Stars by Karen Swan
The Christmas Cookie Club by Ann Pearlman
Mistletoe Cottage by Debbie Mason, and
Always My Girl by Samantha Chase

And finally for YA fiction I received:

His Eyes by Renee Carter
A Midsummer's Nightmare by Kody Keplinger from my TBTB Santa
Always Midnight by C.C. Hunter
United We Spy by Ally Carter
and an ARC of The Replacement Crush by Lisa Brown Roberts also from my TBTB Santa

Fire and Flood by Victoria Scott
Chantress Fury by Amy Butler Greenfield
A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray, also from my TBTB Santa
The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson
The 10th Anniversary edition of Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

I Want To Go Home by Gordon Korman
Another copy of the 10th anniversary edition of Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
On The Fence by Kasie West
Transcendent by Lesley Livingston
The Offering by Kimberly Derting

And Lastly,

Being Sloane Jacobs by Lauren Morrill
All I need By Susane Colasanti
Now and Forever by Susane Colasanti
When It Happens by Susane Colasanti
Frost Like Night by Sara Raasch
and Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

As you can see guys, I'll definitely be in reading Heaven for the next few months, and since it's ridiculously cold outside right now, I plan to be curling up with many of these on these cold Winter's nights.

I thank you all so much for reading, and I'll talk to you all soon.
