It's time once again for First Line Fridays hosted by the lovely Hoarding Books.


 For today's post, I'm going to highlight an upcoming release by Suzanne Woods Fisher:

About The Book:
When her father buys an island off the coast of Maine with the hope of breathing new life into it, Camden Grayson thinks hes lost his mind. An unexpected event sends Cam to his rescue, and she discovers the island has its own way of living . . . and loving.
My Thoughts:

 I'm enjoying this one so much. It's the perfect reading to be enjoying during the beautiful spring weather we've been receiving lately, and I adore how thoroughly detailed the author is about the island setting. I'm really looking to finishing this one hopefully next week, and then fully reviewing it on my blog shortly thereafter. It releases on April 30th.

    Happy Friday!

    On my blog I am sharing the first couple of lines from Delicate Balance by Brooke St. James: https://christianfictiongirl.blog/2019/04/04/first-line-friday-82/. It's a really sweet book I highly recommend. Currently, I am reading A Silken Thread by Kim Vogel Sawyer, so I will share the first line from chapter 7.

    "'Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.' Willie gave a little jolt. The preacher read on, but the second verse of Galatians 6 seemed to bounce off the wood-planked walls and echo in Willie's mind."

      I've heard so many great things about A Silken Thread! Galations 6:2 is one of my favorite Bible verses so I love that chapter seven opens with that. Thanks so much for sharing!
