Publication Date: July 17th, 2021

Genre: Christian Fiction/Contemporary Romance

Series: Blackwater Ranch

Synopsis:

They didn’t need anyone until they needed each other.

Felicity Ford is on the run after her cousin’s suspicious death. At the suggestion of her brother, she escapes to Blackwater Ranch to hide out. When she meets the mysterious Hunter, she recognizes the familiar brokenness inside of him.

Hunter Harding was marked as an outcast a long time ago. The scars on his face are the least of his problems when half the town refuses to do business with him. When Felicity moves into the cabin next door, the solitude he keeps is shaken up.

Will helping Felicity pick up the pieces of her life give them both the new beginning they need or destroy everything they have left?

Redeeming the Cowboy is the sixth book in the Blackwater Ranch series, but the books can be read in any order.

My Review:

Mandi Blakes gets better with each and every book she writes, and Redeeming the Cowboy has everything a reader could ever want in a small town cowboy romance. Sweet, Clean, Faith Based and heart wrenching, this is one that I could barely bring myself to put down, and I will be highly recommending it.

I always knew it was going to take a special lady to capture Hunter's heart, especially considering the wounds and scars he's developed both externally and internally over the years, and Felicity is definitely the right gal for the job. What starts as a mutual understanding over past hurts blossoms into a beautiful romance, but how can the two of them ever find their way into the future when certain parts of their past resurface and bring along dangerous consequences?

From start to finish, Redeeming the Cowboy is beautiful, endearing and hard to put down. Mandi Blake has truly become one of the best voices in contemporary Christian fiction, and I don't honestly think she could write a bad book if she tried. I'm so sad to come to the end of another one of her series, as it honestly feels like saying goodbye to close personal friends. However, I'm happy to say that she gives this series the ending it deserves, and that readers everywhere will love getting one last glimpse into each of the Harding Family and their spouses.

I honestly cannot wait for her to release her next books, and I loved the little sneak peak readers are treated to at the end of this one.

If you're a fan of contemporary Christian cowboy romances, Mandi's are truly some of the very best, and I highly recommend checking them out! I love that you can read each title in this series as a stand alone, but also love the fact that reading them in order gives you glimpses into the lives of characters introduced in the previous books.

Final Rating: 5/5.

Be sure and grab yourself a copy of this one! I can guarantee you're not going to want to miss it.

Thanks so much to Mandi Blake for allowing me to advance read and review this!

I voluntarily read and reviewed a complimentary advance reader copy of this novel from the author in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to give a positive review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thanks so much for reading guys! Have a great rest of your day :)

Della and Darby by Susannah B. Lewis Review

Happy Monday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to stop by my little corner of the internet. My husband and I actually have this week off of work for a much needed holiday, and I'm excited for the many fun things we have planned. Aside from the fun things, I'm honestly thankful to have some extra time to get my house back in shape, and to get more organized for Christmas. I also hope to have lots of time to curl up with some great reads, and I recently had a chance to read one of my most anticipated 2023 releases! Earlier in the year, I read my first novel by Susannah B. Lewis, and I couldn't have loved it more. It was definitely one of my favorite reads of this entire year, and I've been looking forward to reading her next release ever since. If you'd like to check out that review, you can do so using the link below: Bless Your Heart Rae Sutton Otherwise, keep on reading down below for today's full review. De...

First Line Friday: Courting Mr. Emerson

Happy Friday Everyone :) Since it is Friday, I'll once again be participating in First Line Friday which is hosted by Hoarding Books .  For this week, I'm going to be sharing the first line from Melody Carlson's newest book, Courting Mr. Emerson. About The Book: When the fun-loving and spontaneous artist Willow West meets buttoned-up, retired English teacher George Emerson, it's not exactly love at first sight. Though she does find the obsessive-compulsive man intriguing. Making it her mission to get him to loosen up and embrace life, she embarks on what seems like a lost cause--and finds herself falling for him in the process. A confirmed bachelor, George vacillates between irritation and attraction whenever Willow is around--which to him seems like all too often. He's not interested in expanding his horizons or making new friends; it just hurts too much when you lose them. But as the summer progresses, George feels his defenses crumbling. The quest...
