I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess.
Today's of course Good Friday, and I pray that we would all take a moment today to reflect on the fact that all of our sin is what nailed our Lord and Savior to the cross.
We will never be worthy of his sacrifice, but I pray that today we can all be grateful, and reflect on the enormity of what He gave us that day.
Before I head off to work today, and the craziness of the long weekend begins, I thought I would love to pop on here and share another book review with you all.
A couple of months back, I had read and reviewed one of the titles in the Nancy Drew Diaries series, and recently I finally went back and started the series back at the beginning.

My Review:
I'm definitely a life long Nancy Drew fan, and after reading and loving one of the later installments in the Nancy Drew Diaries series, I couldn't wait to go back and start from the beginning.
I know I'm definitely not the target age range for this story, but I still found it enjoyable. It took me right back to my early preteen days of gobbling up every Nancy Drew story I could find, and I think it's amazing that this generation now has a new way of experiencing a classic character. I also definitely appreciated the fact that the story is pretty squeaky clean for the most part, and I definitely didn't find anything that objectionable while reading it.
The only complaints I'd have to mention is that I did find the culprit to be pretty obvious, and I thought the ending was really rushed. I was quite surprised to already be at the end of the story, especially when it seemed there was quite a lot left unmentioned at the end.
Still a lovely little mystery though, and I look forward to continuing on with the series.
