I pray you all had a great weekend, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess.
Before I jump right into today's review, I want to take a minute and say that my prayers are with everyone affected by the horrific shooting in Allen Texas this past weekend. It's unimaginable that this kind of evil has struck again, and I pray over that entire region, and I ask that you would all do the same.
As well, my prayers are with everyone who has been evacuated and endangered from the dangerous wildfires rampaging throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan right now. This entire situation has also been weighing heavily on my heart, and I pray for everyone's safety, including the residents, the volunteers, and the many first responders risking their own lives to try and fight against the out of control blazes.
I'm feeling extremely blessed to be safe in my home this morning, and it's a reminder of just how blessed all of us truly are, even when we sometimes struggle to remember so.
Today, I'm looking forward to getting to share with you all another review from one of the titles from my "2023 Most Anticipated Releases" post, and I had extremely high expectations for this one.

My Review:
Blind Trust is the third and final installment in Natalie Walter's explosive The SNAP Agency series, and this is one I've been waiting to read ever since Lyla and Nicolas were first introduced as characters in Lights Out.
Natalie Walters has become a must read author for me ever since I fell in love with her debut novel several years back, and I'm impressed that she has yet to disappoint me. I had high expectations for this one, and she managed to deliver a wonderfully plotted suspense novel that exceeded every single one.
Lyla and Nicolas' story was turbulent, slow burn, and full of high stakes suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire story. It was wonderful to be back with the gang from SNAP, and while I loved the romance element, I especially enjoyed the friendship element that has come to exist between the members of their team, and all their significant others.
The mystery goes in a somewhat surprising direction, and certain elements that are revealed were both shocking and mind blowing, and illustrated just how talented Natalie truly is as a masterful storyteller.
It's been hinted right from the beginning to readers of this series that Lyla and Nicolas both have complicated pasts that they've kept hidden from the rest of the team. One of the most intriguing parts of this story was having those pasts revealed, and watching firsthand how they both have to learn to let go and let God before they can truly move into their own version of happily ever after.
Overall, another wonderful read from a favorite author of mine, and while I would say that I still enjoyed the first two titles in the series more than this one (with Fatal Code being my favorite), this was still a wonderful story that beautifully wrapped up The SNAP Agency series, and I'm excited to see what this author has in store for her reader's in the future.
