Cheddar Late than Dead by Linda Reilly Review

Good Morning Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to drop by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. It's New Years weekend, and I hope you all have fun plans to celebrate the gift of another year on it's way. I've never really been that into New Years, especially the partying side that always seems to accompany it, so I will either be watching a movie with my hubby after work tomorrow, or curling up with a great read. One genre I particularly enjoy reading at this time of year is cozy mysteries, and I recently got the chance to read one of my most anticipated 2023 releases within this genre. If you'd like to check out my review of a previous title in the series, you can do so using the link below. Otherwise keep on reading for my review of this upcoming release. Bend in the Road by Sara Biren Review

Hello Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I've been on a quest the last few months, which I've already talked about a little bit on my blog. I'm on a quest to find a good young adult contemporary novel (other than the ones by Kasie West who is my all time fave), and it's not really going that well. I used to love this genre, but oh the recent releases have left me so disappointed, and remind me again why it is that I stopped reading so many secular titles. The content in so many of them is downright atrocious, and I miss the days when young adult books weren't just adult books disguised as being for teenagers. With all that being said, let's dive right in to today's review, and I'll share whether or not this particular title ended up being what I was looking for. In Search of a Prince by Toni Shiloh Review

Good Morning Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I pray you all had a wonderful Christmas, and had time to reflect on the true meaning of the season, and spend some quality time with Jesus. I want to apologize for my absence the last week and a half or so. Unfortunately, work was ridiculously crazy, I ended up getting sick, and I had a million things to finish up before all the Christmas celebrations began. Now that thankfully I'm feeling much better, I'm looking forward to getting back to blogging, and I'm going to start working on all my yearly wrap ups in the very near future. For today however, I'm going to share my review for a title that I was highly anticipating, and I hope you'll all enjoy getting to read my review.  I don't really get the opportunity to review for Bethany House anymore unfortunately, as they've changed their guidelin

Restoring their Family by Allie Pleiter Review

Happy Monday Friends :) Can you believe Christmas is officially less than two weeks away! That's honestly a little hard to believe, and I feel like I still have quite a bit to get done before that. Last week, I ended up taking a couple of days off from my blog to go away on a quick holiday with my hubby, and it was nice getting to spend some time prioritizing each other's company. Today we also both have the day off work, and I'm hoping to get caught up on my blog, do some Christmas baking, and also get some wrapping checked off my list. I'm thankful that all my Christmas shopping is officially done, but there's still quite a few other things to check off my to do list. However, I'm thankful to step away from the craziness for a few moments, and share my review of a wonderful upcoming title with you all. A few months back, I shared my review of the first title in Allie Pleiter's True North Springs Love Inspired series with you all, and you can check out th

Della and Darby by Susannah B. Lewis Review

Happy Monday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to stop by my little corner of the internet. My husband and I actually have this week off of work for a much needed holiday, and I'm excited for the many fun things we have planned. Aside from the fun things, I'm honestly thankful to have some extra time to get my house back in shape, and to get more organized for Christmas. I also hope to have lots of time to curl up with some great reads, and I recently had a chance to read one of my most anticipated 2023 releases! Earlier in the year, I read my first novel by Susannah B. Lewis, and I couldn't have loved it more. It was definitely one of my favorite reads of this entire year, and I've been looking forward to reading her next release ever since. If you'd like to check out that review, you can do so using the link below: Bless Your Heart Rae Sutton Otherwise, keep on reading down below for today's full review. De
