It was pretty snowy around here where I'm from, and I loved getting to enjoy a cozy day at home cleaning, cooking, reading and blogging. I don't think I honestly realized just many suspense books I've been reading lately until I sat down and saw just how many I've reviewed in the past while. Christian suspense can often be one of my favorite genres, but sometimes it gets a little too much for me, and I definitely prefer some titles over others.   Hello Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. When I last posted on here, it was right before the long weekend, and I had planned to post again on Thanksgiving Monday. Unfortunately, Saturday night ended up going in a direction I never could have expected, and I ended up having family member rushed to the emergency room. Thank goodness they are home now, but these past few days have been extremely rough, and it definitely wasn't the Thanksgiving we were expecting.   Happy Monday Friends :) It's officially October, and I'm so excited for one of my all time favorite months. I love all the ber months if I'm being honest, and fall is my favorite season, and aside from Christmas time, it's also my favorite time of the year. I can't wait for Thanksgiving, warm sweaters, walking in the beautiful foliage, and curling up with wonderful atmospheric reads for the season with a cup of autumn tea and a lovely pumpkin pastry. I'm personally however not the biggest fan of Halloween. As a Christian, I don't get into the creepy side of it, so my atmospheric reads for this month will be fall themed and/or wonderful cozy mysteries. It just so happens that I finished a wonderful cozy mystery at the start of the weekend, and today I can't wait to tell you guys all about it.
