Windswept Way by Irene Hannon Review

Happy Monday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to stop by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review.  How have you all been doing lately? I know our world is a crazy place that seems to get a little scarier everyday, and I'm thankful we can all rest in Jesus when the world starts to drag us down. Today's review is a special one for me honestly, because it's the first time I've ever had the opportunity to read a novel by Irene Hannon. I've literally been hearing about her wonderful books for so many years, and I'm thankful I finally got the chance to try one out for myself. I hope you'll keep reading down below to find out what I ended up thinking about it. Daughter of Eden: Eve's Story by Jill Eileen Smith Review

Happy Friday Bookish Lovelies :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to join me (Kirby) here on The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. As someone who has been a lifelong fan of Christian fiction, it's probably surprising for me to admit that I've never really read any Biblical fiction before. For some reason, I just wasn't how I would feel about using Biblical figures in a fictional story, and as such, I'd never picked one up before. However, when I stumbled upon the title I'm going to be reviewing today, I was intrigued, and wanted to give it a try. Keep reading below to find out how my first foray into Biblical fiction went! At Bluebonnet Lake by Amanda Cabot Review

Hello Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. In the last couple of years, I've really come to love and appreciate Amanda Cabot's writing. I love how her books are faith based, I love how her books keep me glued to the page, and I love how her characters come to feel like old friends by the end of her beautiful stories. However, I'd only ever read her historical fiction novels, and had never gotten around to trying her contemporary series. I decided that definitely needed to change, and today I'm hear to share with you all what I ended up thinking about the first title in her contemporary series. Keep reading below for my full review. Letters Across the Sea by Genevieve Graham Review

Good Morning Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. One of my favorite historical fiction time periods to read about is the period surrounding World War Two. I've read some pretty amazing books within this genre over the years, and I love discovering new to me bits of history along the way. Unfortunately, I've also discovered quite a few books within this genre that I really haven't enjoyed as well, but that doesn't usually stop me from picking up more books within this genre that I discover along the way.  I recently had a book by a new to me author recommended by a fellow book blogger, and I was really looking to diving right into it. Today I'm looking forward to sharing with you all what I ended up thinking about it, and I hope you'll keep reading below for my full review. I hope this has been a lovely week for you all, and that you have many fun things planned for the weekend. Kisses and Croissants by Anne-Sophie Jouhanneau Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Last year, I'd talked quite a bit on my blog about my quest to find a really great young adult contemporary story. It feels like it's been a long time since I've read a truly great title within this genre, and I've discovered many duds in the last few weeks while on this journey. I've also discovered a couple of cute ones that were pretty enjoyable, but I have yet to discover one that truly blew me away. Today's review is a review of another of these titles, and I hope you'll keep reading below to find out if this one ended up being the one I was searching for. Love, Lies and Valentines by D.E. Malone Review

Happy Sunday Fellow Book Lovers :) I'm coming to you from a very unusual day for my blog, but that's because I'm going to be unable to post this one tomorrow like I'd originally planned. Tomorrow I have some scary things going on, and I'm not sure I'll be anywhere near my computer. Afterwards, I'm supposed to take a couple of days to rest, and while doing so, I'm looking forward to curling up with some wonderful reads. And speaking of wonderful reads, I'm especially excited to be sharing this review with you all right before Valentine's Day. I'm not sure there's a better book out there to read for this special day than the one I'm about to share with you all today, and I can guarantee it's not one you're going to want to miss! However, before we dive right into today's review, I'd like to share the links for my reviews of all the other titles I've read in this particular series. You can check those out below: Lov

Memory Lane by Becky Wade Review

Happy Friday Bookish Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to drop by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. I'm Kirby, and I'm so happy you're here. I'm hoping you've all had a great week, and that you're all looking forward to the weekend. Unfortunately, this one is a little stressful for me as I'm waiting to hear back on some stuff that's not the happiest to think about, but that's okay because I know God is with me through each and every tough moment. However, it's always great to have books to focus on when I'm trying not to stress, and I recently got the chance to read one of my favorite author's upcoming releases. I honestly didn't even know this book was in the works until a couple of weeks ago, so it was definitely a pleasant surprise getting to read it through NetGalley. I hope you'll all keep on reading down below to check out my full review. Memory Lane by Be

Winterborne Home for Vengeance and Valor by Ally Carter Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I am so excited about the book I'm going to talk about with you all today. I've been a fan of Ally Carter for quite sometime. Her books are always amazing, but also relatively clean, and I've wanted to read her new middle grade series ever since it was first announced. However, I was also a little leery as I've had some bad experiences with newer secular published titles content wise, and I was really hoping that wasn't going to be the case with this one. Spoiler alert, I loved this one so much, and I can't wait to tell you guys all about it. Keep reading below for my full review. Sadie: An Amish Retelling of Snow White by Sarah Price Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I've been reading Amish fiction ever since I was a preteen many years ago, and I've read and loved so many amazing titles over the years. However, because I have read so many of them, sometimes it's hard to find a story within this genre that truly seems original. When I discovered Sarah Price's books about three years ago, I was instantly intrigued. I love how she tackles some different ideas, like retellings, within the Amish fiction genre, and I've grown to adore her beautiful stories. Today I can't wait to share my review with you all of the last title in her Amish Fairytale series. Keep reading below for today's full review.
