Love, Unscripted by Denise Hunter Review

Happy Wednesday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you've taken the time to drop on by The Preppy Book Princess today for another book review. Are you starting to get in the mood for more springtime and/or summery reads? Or are you still enjoying curling up with titles more reminiscent of winter? I'm finding myself kind of split down the middle right now actually. I'm enjoying reading titles that are giving me all the spring vibes, but I'm also still enjoying the coziness that comes along with reading titles set during the winter months. And that brings me to today's review which is for another title from My 2024 Most Anticipated Releases Post , and is set during the spring and summer months.  I can't wait to tell you guys all about this lovely read, so I hope you'll all join me down below for today's full review.   Happy Monday Bookish Lovelies :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you've taken the time to drop on by The Preppy Book Princess today for another book review. I unfortunately came down with a bit of a nasty virus on Saturday, and spent the majority of the last couple of days cuddled up on the couch with my favorite blanket, my Bible, Youtube, and a pile of wonderful reads that definitely helped lift my spirits. One of those books was the one I'm going to be sharing all about with you today, from a new to me author who reached out to me about reading and reviewing her upcoming release. I can't wait to tell you guys all about it, so I hope you'll all keep reading down below for today's full review. The Room on Rue Amelie by Kristen Harmel Review

Hello Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to drop by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. I'm Kirby, and I'm so grateful you're here. The Preppy Book Princess has been my little bookish corner of the internet since September 2015, and I continue to love getting to share my thoughts about the many books I read with you all. Up until a couple of years ago, If anyone had asked me what my favorite time period to read in historical fiction was, I would have without a doubt said World War Two. Unfortunately, as of late, I haven't had much luck with a lot of the titles within this genre, and it's kind of kept me back from reading as many within because of the fact they just haven't been as good. However, when I stumbled upon this particular title, I was definitely intrigued. I'd had wonderful experiences with a couple of this author's titles in the past, and I was hopeful that it would end up bei

Holding On To Hope: A Pathway through Suffering to the Heart of God by Nancy Guthrie Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I'm going to be a bit candid on my blog today, as an intro into today's review, and let you all know that the last few years have been extremely difficult for me. I don't really feel like going into specifics, but to put it mildly, I've felt for quite a while like my "in the wilderness" season is never going to pass, and sometimes it's really hard to feel motivated to try and make an effort with anything when everything has been as bad as it has. I'm extremely grateful to Jesus and my hubby for pulling me through the darkest days again and again, and when I happened to stumble upon this Christian living book I'm about to share with you all today, I knew I wanted to give it a try. My circumstances of suffering were nothing like the author's, but considering she'd been through unimaginable

Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy by Allie Pleiter Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to stop by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. I'm Kirby, and I'm so excited you're here. Last year, I started rereading one of my all time favorite young adult series. I'd never had a chance to read the tenth anniversary editions of this particular series, and it's been such a fun treat to finally get to do so. Since I'd read them all for the first time before I started my blog, I never actually reviewed any of them the first time around. So now I'm trying to share quick reviews of each title as I go through my reread of the series. If you'd like to check out my review of the first book, you can do so using the link below: I'd Tell You I Love, But Then I'd Have To Kill You Otherwise, keep on reading down below for today's full review. I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You by Ally Carter

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Last year, I had an accident and ended up damaging my left hand. I basically went a couple of weeks without being able to use it too much, and it was not exactly the most pleasant of experiences. Because of this, I ended up having some time off work that was definitely not expected, and I needed to find something to take up some up my time. I decided to start rereading one of my all time favorite series that I hadn't read in quite a few years. After finishing the first title, I realized that I'd never actually reviewed any of the titles in that series on my blog, and I definitely wanted to change that. So today I'm going to share my review for the first title in this much beloved series, and I hope you'll all keep on reading down below.
