Scripture of the Week: Psalm 55:22

Happy Thursday Friends :)

How are you all doing?

I know as this Covid 19 situation drags out longer and longer, it's easy to start feeling anxious and depressed.

I'm someone who has always been prone to stressing. For as long as I can remember, the slightest things could make me completely anxious, unable to sleep or eat, and often culminated in stomach ulcers or other health issues.

How many of you can relate?

The frustrating thing is I should know better. I know that I don't have to do any of this on my own, and that He is always right there beside me, but sometimes it seems like I need to have that reminder.

Which leads me to today's scripture of the week. I don't know if any of you are feeling this same way right now, but I pray that if you are this verse will be the reminder you need that He is here. That He is always willing to take on our burdens, and help get us through the tough and scary times. All we have to do is ask!

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken."

Psalm 55:22

I pray this week that we all take the time to remember that whatever our burden currently is, it's never too big or too small for our amazing God!

God Bless everyone! I pray you have a blessed and fruitful rest of your week :)

We've had some really nice days, and my husband and I were finally able to put our garden in, and various flowers and the like. For today's post, I'm excited to once again be linking up with the lovely Hoarding Books  for another edition of First Line Friday.
