Must Love Flowers by Debbie Macomber Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so grateful that you chose to start your day by joining me here on The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. I've have to be honest and state that this last year has been unimaginably tough. So many hardships have hit my family, and if I'm being transparent, it seems like ever since the pandemic, people have generally gotten more unpleasant. The level of selfishness and entitlement in our world continues to astound me, and somedays finding the joy in life seems to be harder than others. However, I'm thankful without a doubt for Jesus being with me every step of the way, and I'm trying to take my time and find happiness in the little things. Sometimes something as simple as getting to read your favorite author's new book from the library can be all it takes to spark a little joy, and last year when I had the chance to read one of the titles from my 2023 most anticipated releases post , it b...

The Secret Adversary by Agatha Christie Review

Hello Bookish Lovelies :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you chose to take the time to stop on by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review today. In the last couple of years, I've given myself the reading goal of trying to read more classics. There's so many classics out there that I've read and loved, and in fact, many of my favorite titles come from within these genres. However, there's so many classic/older well loved authors that I've had yet to get to, and I'm embarrassed to admit that Agatha Christie was one of these. She's been an author I've wanted to try for quite sometime, and I had asked my hubby for some of her titles for Christmas. I really knew nothing about any of her particular titles, so I was happy with whatever he decided to go with. It was finally time to dive into my first ever Christie novel, and today I'm excited to share with you all about the experience. Keep reading down below for my...

The Color of Home by Kit Tosello Review

Happy Monday Sweet Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you've all decided to join me here on The Preppy Book Princess today for another book review. I'm Kirby, and I'm happy to welcome you to my little bookish corner of the internet. I apologize that it's been a few days since my last review guys. Unfortunately, I came down with a bit of a nasty virus on Halloween, and I've actually spent the past few days in bed with a high fever, and a plethora of other rather obnoxious symptoms. I was able to get some reading time in though, and since today I finally feel like I'm on the road to feeling like myself again, I thought it was the perfect day to hop on here and share all about a recent book release from Revell Publishing. I hope you'll all keep reading down below to find out what I ended up thinking about it. My review may seem a little behind on this one, but unfortunately my physical copy of this one got lost in the ma...
