He Should Have Told The Bees by Amanda Cox Review

Happy Friday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to drop on by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. I'm Kirby, and I'm excited to welcome you to my little bookish corner of the internet. What are your plans for the weekend? It's been a bit of a rough week around here, and I'm struggling a bit if I'm being honest. I'm basically looking forward to getting through work today and tomorrow, and then spending some quality time with Jesus, my hubby, my family, and my current TBR pile. Lol if you know me however, you would know that this isn't too different from my plans most weekends though. Before I head out the door to work though, I'd like to share my review of this beautiful Christian fiction title that I recently finished. I hope you'll all keep reading down below for today's full review. He Should Have Told the Bees by Amanda Cox: Source: Publisher as Part of the Revell Reads Blogger

Mount Hope: An Amish Retelling of Jane Austen's Mansfield Park by Sarah Price Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Let me ask you a question today. Are you a fan of Amish fiction? I personally love titles within this genre, and I'm pretty sure it's at least partly because of my long history with reading them. I was introduced to Beverly Lewis' books as a younger child, and I've loved reading about this culture ever since. Within the genre, Sarah Price has become one of my personal favorites, and I'm always excited to not just read a new to me book by her, but also to share all about it with you all. A couple of years ago, I started working my way through her Amish Classics series, and it's definitely become a new favorite. You can check out my reviews of the other books in the series using the links below: First Impressions The Matchmaker Second Chances Sense and Sensibility Keep on reading down below for today's r

On Lone Star Trail by Amanda Cabot Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. It's been a little while since my last post, but I had actually planned it that way. My husband and I just got home from a wonderful week long trip to Niagara Falls, Ontario, and I promised him that I wouldn't say anything about it on my social media's until we were back home for security and safety reasons. We flew back home on Wednesday, stayed overnight in the city we flew out of, and returned home yesterday. It's definitely one of my favorite vacations we've ever taken, and I can't believe just how beautiful and stunning the falls were. It definitely reminded us just how amazing and gorgeous God's creation truly is. I hope to share some pictures and highlights from our trip in the days to come, but today I'm excited to jump back into to sharing a book review with you all. Here's a review fr

If you've been around my blog before, then you would without a doubt recognize the name Mandi Blake. I've had the privilege of getting to read and review Mandi's titles right from the beginning of her author journey, and I continue to love her books today just as much as I did back then. Today I'd like to share with you all her upcoming release, which was one of my most anticipated releases of the year. But first, if you'd like to check out my reviews of the previous books in the series, you can do so using the links below: Truth is a Whisper Almost Everything The Only Exc

Happy Monday Friends :) If you're visiting my blog today from either Canada or the United States, then I also want to go ahead and say Happy Labor Day. I'm feeling blessed this year to have this day off of work for a change, and since my husband's working and we're currently under an extreme air quality warning from wildfire smoke, I'm enjoying a day to spend some time with Jesus, clean my home, and curl up with some wonderful reads. I recently finished a book from a new to me author that I knew I couldn't wait to tell you all about. I'd never read anything quite like this particular title before, and without further adieu, I'm excited to share my review of this one with you all. Enchanting the Heiress by Kristi Ann Hunter Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Are you someone who sticks to only reading certain genres? Or are you the type of reader that reads across a great many different genres. Without a doubt, I'm definitely the latter. I love contemporaries, cozy mysteries, historical fiction, middle grade, young adult, dual timelines, etc, etc. And my all time favorite is reading any of these sub genres that are under the Christian fiction heading. A beloved author within the Christian historical fiction market is Kristi Ann Hunter, but surprisingly, until 2020, I'd actually never read any of her books before. Her recent trilogy, Hearts of the Hearth, is my first experience with her stories, and I've enjoyed my first foray into her beloved books. I've previously shared my reviews of the first two books in the series here on my blog, and you can check out those reviews
