Trouble in Dry Springs by Kristina Hall Review

Happy Wednesday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you chose to take the time to stop by The Preppy Book Princess today for another book review. Last week was quite a stressful week for me unfortunately. So many things went wrong in the course of one week that it was crazy, and I'm going to admit that I spent way too much time hiding in my house within the pages of wonderful Christian fiction titles. I definitely needed a break, and I'm thankful for the many wonderful titles I got to read during this time. One of those reads was one I'm particularly excited to share all about with you guys today. I've had the pleasure of reading several of this author's titles in the past, and I couldn't wait to dive right into this one. I hope you'll all keep on reading down below for my full review. Refuge from the Storm by Kristina Hall Review

Happy Friday Everyone :) I pray you've all had a great week, and that you're all looking forward to the weekend. I'm Kirby, and I'm so thankful you decided to drop by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. I love getting the opportunity to support Indie authors. I've discovered so many amazing stories doing so, and made some really great friends in the process. Last year, Kristina Hall had contacted me about reading and reviewing her newest title, and I've been happily enjoying her books ever since. Her new series is kind of a Christian dystopian type, and I had definitely enjoyed the first title in the series. You can check out that review using the link below: Fled for Refuge After the crazy way the first book ends, I couldn't wait to dive right into book two. Today I'm looking forward to sharing with you all what I ended up thinking about it.  Keep reading below for my full review. Refuge from the Storm by Kristina Hall: Source: Complimen...

Fled for Refuge by Kristina Hall Review

Happy Wednesday Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Has spring started to make its way into your area? Where I live it's still freezing outside, and we've had quite a bit of snow over the last few days. I've also had quite a rough couple of weeks, as a lot has been going on, and honestly, curling up with great books under a warm and comfy blanket has become my go to way of destressing after a long day. In the past year, I've read and loved several of Kristina Hall's books, and I was really looking forward to diving into her newest release. She's a phenomenal Christian historical fiction author, and I couldn't wait to see how she'd tackle a different genre. Keep reading below to find out what I ended up thinking. Truth Unshaken by Kristina Hall Review

Happy Friday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Are you doing anything exciting for the weekend? I was supposed to be attending a Christmas service with my family, but our area is predicted to get a big snowstorm tomorrow, and I'm not sure if that will still be happening or not. Even if it doesn't, I'm still looking forward to enjoying many festive things like baking, wrapping, and watching Christmas movies, and I hope to curl up with at least one Christmas themed read this weekend as well. Today's post is an exciting one for me, because today I get to share with all of you my review for Kristina Hall's newest release that just so happens to be the third and final book in her Moretti Trilogy. You can check out my reviews for the first two books below and then keep on reading for my review of the newest book: Promises Unbroken Mercy Undeserved Truth U...

Mercy Undeserved by Kristina Hall Review

Happy Friday Friends :) I pray that this day finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you for joining me here today on The Preppy Book Princess. I'm extremely excited for the upcoming week. My hubby and I usually take our annual vacation in September as that's always the easiest for his work schedule, and it's finally almost here. Obviously, Covid has changed the way we will be vacationing, but nonetheless, I'm excited to have some time away with my husband, just enjoying each other's company and getting away from all the stress for a bit to celebrate our eight year wedding anniversary. I'm actually considering doing a bit of "trip report" on my blog of our trip when we get back, but I'll have to see how that ends up going. Because I will be gone for part of the next week, I am fairly certain that I will not be doing my regular three blog posts, as I want to take time to actually enjoy my vacation. However, I will be back soon, and in the mean...

Promises Unbroken by Kristina Hall Review

Happy Friday Friends :) I hope you're all having a great day, and I hope you're all looking forward to the weekend. A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of reading a historical novel by the lovely Kristina Hall, and I was completely blown away by the beautiful story and the heavy faith element that's been missing from so many Christian fiction titles as of late. You can find that review here. When Kristina asked if I was interested in reading and reviewing the first book of her new series, I jumped at the opportunity, and today I can't wait to share about this amazing read with you all. Promises Unbroken by Kristina Hall: Source: Complimentary Copy Provided by the Author Publication Date: June 26th, 2021 Genre: Christian Fiction/Historical Fiction Series: The Moretti Trilogy Synopsis: How much will she risk to save her sister? Mae Ashton has every reason to stay in Georgia and marry the man she loves, save one—the disappearance of her sister. Although all evidence poin...

To The Uttermost by Kristina Hall Review

Hello Friends :) I pray you're all having a great week, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. We're currently in the midst of a massive heat wave where I live, and it's getting to honestly be a bit too much. We're expected to be in this particular wave for at least the next two weeks, so I've been spending quite a bit of time in the air conditioning in the afternoons curling up with a book. I've been enjoying reading outside and going for walks in the evenings once it's cooler, but yeah I don't foresee myself spending a lot of time outside until this dissipates a bit. You may not know this about me but I really love Christian historical fiction with a western setting, and yet, I really don't get a chance to read too many books in this genre. When an author reached out to me about reading and reviewing her newly released Christian fiction historical title with a western setting, I defini...
