  Hello Friends? Have you all had a great October? I'm a little disappointed that ours was a really dry month, as usually rainy days in October are my absolute favorites. I'm really enjoying getting to go for walks though, so the nicer weather has been good for that. This fall I've really found myself wanting to read cozy mysteries, and I've worked through quite a few of them in the last little while. I recently finished the second book in Julie Anne Lindsey's Cider Shop Mystery series, and can't wait to tell you all what I thought about it.   Hello Friends :) How has your reading been going lately? I've been reading a ton of cozy mysteries lately, and have found myself flying through them pretty quickly. I miss the days when most cozy mysteries were clean and cozy, and not so full of objectionable content.  However, I have discovered over the last couple of years that two cozy mystery authors in particular are ones that I can count on to deliver well plotted mysteries that are still relatively clean and cozy. Those two authors are Julie Anne Lindsey (and her various pen names), and Krista Davis. Krista Davis has long been one of my favorites, but it had been quite awhile since I'd had the chance to read one of her books.   Hello Friends :) I hope you're all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I hope you all had a great day yesterday, and that you're all ready for the weekend. Yesterday, my hubby, my mom and I ended up going out of town for a few hours. We had a lovely lunch at one of my favorite bistros, and then my hubby dropped my mom and I off a the mineral spa to soak for a couple of hours. We finished the day with supper at a sandwich and coffee shop on the way home, and I was so thankful for the quality time I was able to spend with two of my favorite people.  A couple of years ago, I'd read and reviewed the Christmas Tree Farm Mystery duology by Jacqueline Frost, and I loved them.
