A Little Christmas Spirit by Sheila Roberts Review

Happy May Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I can't believe we're already into a new month. Lately I've found that the time seems to be slipping by even faster than normal, and it's reminding me just how important it truly is to try and enjoy each and every day. One of my favorite ways to do this is by reading amazing stories whenever I have the free time to do so, and today, strange as it may sound, I'm here to share my review of a Christmas themed read with you all. I adore reading Christmas books all year long, especially when I'm having a hard time as I find they really give me a nice case of the warm fuzzies.  I recently finished Sheila Roberts' newest Christmas release, and today I'm here to share with you all what I ended up thinking about it. The Healing of Natalie Curtis by Jane Kirkpatrick Review

Happy Thursday Friends :) I pray today finds you all well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. I'm personally really looking forward to this weekend. Monday is Thanksgiving here in Canada, and my mom is hosting our family Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday. I always enjoy helping her with it, and ever since moving out so many years ago, I always have fun preparing a few different dishes to take with me to her place. This year I've been going through many recipes trying to decide what to make, and I can't wait to get to work in the kitchen in the following days. Before I jump into all that though, I thought it would be fun to share a bonus extra book review with you all this week. Last year, around this same time, I read my first novel by Jane Kirkpatrick (review here ), and it wasn't, unfortunately, a positive experience for me. I was really wanting to try another one of her books, to give them another chance...

Happy Friday Friends :) I hope this week has found you well, and that you're all looking forward to the weekend. I apologize for my absence this week. I ended up spending five nights at the lake with my family, and while I had still planned on posting on my blog, the weak and spotty Wi-Fi made that a no go. However, it was really nice to get to disconnect for a few days, and spend some time with my family. I  had so much fun with my nephew, my mom, my stepdad, and enjoyed the short visits we were able to have with some of my other family as well. While we were on vacation, I ended up getting a chance to read Amy Clipston's upcoming contemporary novel, and I couldn't wait to share with you all what I ended up thinking about it.
