Good Morning Everyone :) I hope you're all having a great week so far, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Today's review is a book that really impacted me, and I hope it'll be the same for all of you. I really can't wait to share about this one with you all. Wonder by R.J. First Line Friday: So Over My Head

Happy Friday Everyone :) I hope you've all had a great week, and that your weekend is off to a wonderful start. I want to thank you all for joining me for another edition of First Line Friday, which is hosted by the lovely Hoarding Books. The past couple of weeks, I've been reading and loving the Charmed Life Mysteries by Jenny B Jones. They're funny, they're light hearted, and I really enjoy the character growth that Bella has shown since the start of the novel. I finished the third and final book at the start of this week, and I thought it was only fitting to use that title as my choice for this week's first line. Publisher: Thomas Nelson Publication Date: May 3rd, 2010 About the Book: Newly single, stalked by a killer, and in desperate need of some chic clown shoes--Bella is one skinny mocha frapp away from total meltdown. I'm So Sure by Jenny B Jones Review

Good Morning Bookish Friends :) Some of you may remember me sharing my review of So Not Happening by Jenny B Jones last week. I can honestly say that Jenny's young adult novels are becoming one of my favorite guilty pleasures. They are downright hilarious, but still full of important messages for the many issues teen girls are faced with in this day and age. After finishing So Not Happening, I couldn't wait to dive into the next book in The Charmed Life series, and it definitely did not disappoint. Bella was up to all of her usual antics, and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts and opinions about it with you all. So Not Happening by Jenny B Jones Review

Hello Friends :) I hope you're all having a great week so far, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. If you've been reading my blog for awhile, then you're probably already aware that I chose Jenny B Jones' There You'll Find Me as my favorite read of 2019. You can check out that full review here.  However, when I picked up my second book by her shortly thereafter, Just Between You and Me, I didn't have quite the same positive experience. You can check out that review here. I'd really been wanting to give more of her books a chance, and since I happened to have another one of her young adult titles sitting on my TBR cart, I decided to go ahead and do so. Keep reading to find out what I thought about my third Jenny B Jones title. The Secret Life of a Book Blogger Tag

Good Morning Everyone :) I hope your day's off to a great start, and that your finding lots of time to curl up with amazing reads. For today's post, I thought it would be fun to do another book tag, as once again, it has been quite awhile since I last did one. This one is especially kind of fun, as it's a bit more personal than the normal book tags are, and is going to focus more around my blogging habits. I'm not personally sure who started this one unfortunately, but I can't wait to get started on it. I present, The Secret Life of a Book Blogger Tag. How Long Have You Been A Blogger? This was my very first blog, and I started it on September 20th, 2015. I'd wanted to start a blog forever, and that was the day I finally took the plunge and did it. For the first year or so, my posting schedule was extremely sporadic, but in 2016 I got more serious about it, and started trying to stick to a Monday, Wednesday and Friday timeline for new posts.

The June Boys by Court Stevens Review

Hello Everyone :) How have you all been doing lately? Without going into too many details, I will just say that it hasn't been the greatest couple of weeks for me. There's been some stressful situations and health issues that don't seem to want to calm down, and it's made me a tad anxious. I've spent lots of time in prayer and scripture study lately, as I feel that's always the best way to get through these tough situations. However, since I have been under the weather so much lately, I haven't really been leaving my house much for anything besides work, and because of that fact, I've had lots of extra reading time on my hands. So it's probably no surprise that I've finished a couple more books recently, and today I'm here to review one of these titles for you. This title was personally not what I was expecting, but I hope to explain in my review exactly why that was, in the hopes that others better suited for the book will have a mor
