I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You by Ally Carter

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Last year, I had an accident and ended up damaging my left hand. I basically went a couple of weeks without being able to use it too much, and it was not exactly the most pleasant of experiences. Because of this, I ended up having some time off work that was definitely not expected, and I needed to find something to take up some up my time. I decided to start rereading one of my all time favorite series that I hadn't read in quite a few years. After finishing the first title, I realized that I'd never actually reviewed any of the titles in that series on my blog, and I definitely wanted to change that. So today I'm going to share my review for the first title in this much beloved series, and I hope you'll all keep on reading down below. I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You by Ally Carter: ...

The Road to Christmas by Sheila Roberts Review

Hello Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to take some time out of your day to stop by The Preppy Book Princess. I'm Kirby, and I'm happy you're here. I've been an avid reader my entire life, and I started my book blog back in September of 2015. I've grown a lot fussier in the last couple of years about the type of content I allow myself to read, watch and listen to, and that's meant I read a lot less secular fiction than I used to. Honestly, Christian fiction is the best genre anyways, so it hasn't been a hardship whatsoever to give up more of the non Christian titles. However, there are a few secular authors whose books I've still enjoyed in the past that I have continued to read, and today I'd like to share a newer release by one of those authors with you all. I'm going to preface this one by saying that after two disappointing experiences in a row with this author, I'm not sure I'll ...

The Christmas Angel by Thomas Kinkade and Katherine Spencer Review

I'm always grateful for anyone taking the time to stop by my little corner of the internet, and I hope it in in someway blesses you today. If you're new here then welcome! I'm Kirby, and I love talking books, especially Christian fiction books, with you all! If you're a longtime friend, then welcome back! I'm so glad you're here. Ever since I read the first title in the Cape Light series back in 2008, it's been one of my all time favorites. These books actually hold a lot of memories for me, as yeah that first time I read them back in 2008? Well it happened to be while I was lying in a hospital bed for the first of many visits to try and figure out what was wrong with me. In such a scary, uncertain time, I loved getting to read about a small town where faith, family and friendships have stood the test of time, and I...

Dark of Night by Colleen Coble Review

Good Evening Everyone :) I'm posting this a little later than normal, but that's because I actually just got back from a quick getaway with my hubby. We had a wonderful night away celebrating his birthday a little early, and getting some Christmas shopping done. I'm thankful we were able to have this time together, and I'm also thankful I get to share another book review with you all to round out the evening. Targeted: Three Romantic Suspense Novellas by Lynette Eason, Lynn H. Blackburn, and Natalie Walters Review

Good Morning Everyone :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess. Before I dive right into today's review, I just want to take a moment and talk about the fact that I'm feeling sad for our world right now. There's so much hurt and smallness and evil, and it's heartbreaking watching a world that needs Jesus, and yet turns to anything else instead. I'm praying for my city, my province, my country, and the world right now, and I pray that more and more people will have their eyes opened to the enemy's lies, and the truth of our Heavenly Father. One of my biggest wishes is that God would use my blog to reach someone who needs to know Him, and that's why I made the decision a couple of years ago to mainly highlight fiction that honors Him, and make sure I include any information that doesn't in my reviews. Today's review is for a novella collection that en...
