At the start of last year, I made a bit of a bucket list for 2024. enjoyed checking off some of the items on the list as the months went on, and one of the items I had included was to read two new to me classic novels. I adore classic novels, but I can kind of get into the habit of just rereading my favorites over and over again instead of giving new ones a try. A few months prior, I read The Wizard of Oz for the first time (review here ), and I adored it. I decided to go with a children's classic for my second pick as well, and I finally got around to reading Pollyanna.
