The Secret Adversary by Agatha Christie Review

Hello Bookish Lovelies :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you chose to take the time to stop on by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review today. In the last couple of years, I've given myself the reading goal of trying to read more classics. There's so many classics out there that I've read and loved, and in fact, many of my favorite titles come from within these genres. However, there's so many classic/older well loved authors that I've had yet to get to, and I'm embarrassed to admit that Agatha Christie was one of these. She's been an author I've wanted to try for quite sometime, and I had asked my hubby for some of her titles for Christmas. I really knew nothing about any of her particular titles, so I was happy with whatever he decided to go with. It was finally time to dive into my first ever Christie novel, and today I'm excited to share with you all about the experience. Keep reading down below for my...

This particular author is a new to me author, and I actually stumbled upon this title on the clearance shelf when I visited a certain Christian bookstore for the first time. I was intrigued by the synopsis, and I decided to go ahead and purchase it, and give it a try. I hope you'll keep on reading down below to join me for today's full review. Beneath the Swirling Sky by Carolyn Leiloglou and Vivienne To (Illustrator) Review

Happy Monday Bookish Lovelies :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you chose to stop on by The Preppy Book Princess today for another book review. I have to say this weekend was a bit of a doozy around here. Our area got hit with a crazy summer storm on Saturday evening, and I've never personally seen anything like it. There were crazy amounts of rain, hail and high winds, and there was quite a bit of damage around our city after it blew on through. We were extremely thankful that all the damage to our house and yard was cosmetic, but we still had quite a mess to clean up yesterday. We spent most of the day doing that, and then got to spend some time with family for the rest of the evening. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend no matter where you're reading from! If you're new to my blog, I'd like to preface this review by saying that I love reading across quite a few different genres, with Christian fiction being my favorite. It's b...

I'm Kirby, and I'm thrilled you're here. Usually I share reviews with you all on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week. However, this week I ended up missing Monday's post as I was away for an overnight trip with my hubby, and wanted to focus my time and attention on him. While we were away unfortunately, we had several situations come into play including an emergency back home, and it was a bit of a stressful experience. I'm thankful today that everyone is okay, and that I'm able to have this day just to catch up around the house, spend some time in Bible study, and spend some time getting back on track with reviews for you all. Today's review is for a recently released Christian historical fiction title, and I hope you'll all keep on reading down below for my full review. This is Where...

Last week, I finally had the chance to read another one of the titles from my 2023 Most Anticipated Releases post , and I can't wait to tell you guys all about this wonderful story. If you'd like to check out my review of the first title in this favorite series, you can do so using the link below: Authentically, Izzy...
