A Louisiana Christmas to Remember by Morgan Tarpley Smith, Betsy St. Amant and Lenora Worth Review

Happy Friday Friends :) I pray today finds you all doing well, and I'm so thankful you decided to drop on by The Preppy Book Princess for another book review. Today brings us to the last day of my five book reviews in a row week, and I've saved a wonderful title to tell you all about today. I will actually be taking next week off from posting on my blog, as I will be joining my family for our annual lake vacation, and will be gone for the majority of the week. I'm definitely going to miss my hubby, as he's hanging around at home and will still be working, but I'm looking forward to spending time with family, and curling up with great reads surrounded by God's beautiful creation. Before I get on with the packing and all that though, I wanted to share this one last review with you all, and it's going to be another wonderful Christmas title that actually releases quite soon. I can't wait to tell you all about it, and I hope you'll join me down below f...

The Key to Love by Betsy St. Amant Review

Hello Friends :) and Happy Thanksgiving To All My Fellow Canadians Thanksgiving looked a little different this year. Obviously Covid 19 affected everyone's get togethers, and also for me recovering from surgery, it went a little differently than the norm. However it was still so nice to get to visit with at least a small amount of my family, and I also had the chance to finish reading the book I'm going to talk about with you all today. The Key to Love by Betsy St. Amant: Source: Publisher via NetGalley Publisher: Revell Publication Date: October 13th, 2020 Genre: Christian Fiction/Contemporary Synopsis: The only thing Bri Duval loves more than baking petit fours is romance. So much so, she's created her own version of the famous Parisian lovelock wall at her bakery in Story, Kansas. She never expects it to go viral--or for Trek Magazine to send travel writer Gerard Fortier to feature the bakery. He's definitely handsome, but Bri has been holding out for a love story ...

First Line Friday: All's Fair in Love and Cupcakes

Happy Friday Everyone :) I hope you've all had a great week, and that you're looking forward to the weekend. Today I'm excited to once again be linking up with Hoarding Books for First Line Friday. First Line Friday is one of my favorite weekly memes, and it simply consists of sharing the first line of the book you're currently reading. I've had a lot of extra reading time on my hands lately because of all the social distancing, and as such, I've been able to read a lot of the titles that have been sitting on my shelves for quite some time. Today's book is one of such titles, and I'm happy that I finally found the time to get to it as I'm really enjoying it so far. All's Fair in Love and Cupcakes by Betsy St. Amant: About the Book: Kat inspected rows of the same old cupcakes. They seemed to blink back at her, as if they knew she was capable of so much more. Kat Varland has had enough of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. At twenty-six years old...
