Happy Weekend to all my fellow readers. I hope everyone has had an awesome week, and has some fun things planned as January comes to an end. Is anyone going on any vacations? My hubby and I will be in April and I can't wait :) For my final review of January, I'm here to talk about an amazing time travel type book, Until We Meet Again by Renee Collins. Time travel books have become a recent favorite of mine. I absolutely loved Ruby Red , Sapphire Blue , and Emerald Green by Kerstin Gier, and also Timeless and Timekeeper by Alexandra Monir, so I was extremely excited to come across another YA book in this same type of setting. Hello all my fellow readers :) I can't believe it's already almost the end of January. I feel this month has gone by so fast around work, and the renovations we've been doing to our house. I've been extremely grateful however, for the many amazing books I've discovered this month, and I'm excited to talk all about it in my January wrap up next week. I know I kind of got away from doing wrap ups, but I'm really hoping to get back on a regular uploading schedule with them, starting next week :) Anyways, today I'm here to discuss one of the amazing books I discovered this month, and that is The Revenge Playbook by Rachael Allen. I had previously read 17 First Kisses by this author, and while I liked it, it definitely didn't blow me away, but after reading the synopsis for this one, I was really intrigued, and decided to go ahead and read it. I'm so glad I did because honestly this book was amazing, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

Unfortunately for me, I've been feeling a little under the weather for the last couple of days, and have been just trying to pull through work so that I can come home to wrap up in a blanket and curl up with a good book. And as you'll see in this haul, I currently have my pic of some pretty amazing books to curl up with.  This haul will be a collective book haul from Boxing Day (except for the book outlet order which I did a separate post on), through my birthday last week. Hello all my fellow booklovers. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I'm back today with a new book review, after taking a couple of days off to spend time with my hubby and my family for my birthday. It was nice getting away for a couple of days, and enjoying some quality time with my hubby. We spent a couple of days in a city a few hours from us, enjoyed relaxing in the pool at the hotel, and I did some much needed clothes shopping. However, the best part of our trip hands down was getting to visit Chapters for my birthday. I love love love getting to shop there, and we don't have one in our city. We do have a Coles, which I also love, but there's just something about getting to be in the massive shelves of books that compose Chapters that makes me one very happy girl. Hello all my fellow book lovers. I know it probably seems ridiculous that considering how many books I received for Christmas, that I bought more on Boxing Day. But I just couldn't resist Book Outlet's amazing sale, and so I ended up ordering quite a few. I will have one more book haul following this one as I picked up a couple from other stores, and it is my birthday in a couple of days and my hubby's taking me on an overnight trip to do some shopping. After that however, I will be on a book buying ban for at least a few weeks as there's a special event coming up in a couple of months where I will be planning to buy lots of books, but I will talk more about that in future posts. Its a genre that I honestly love, but I haven't read too much of it in the last little while as I always seem to be choosing books from other genres first. but I'm very glad to say that I've been reading more of it this year already, and I'm definitely enjoying doing so.   To sound redundant, I also discovered this series from one of Book Outlet's amazing sales (yes I do know I have a book buying problem,) as Lonestar Sanctuary was one sale for only .74 cents!!! Happy Sunday To All My Fellow Readers :) Today I want to do a quick review of a book I finished at the end of December. I say quick for two reasons, 1) As the book was only eighty pages it will be a shorter review than normal, and 2) Our new kitten Katsa is still in the stage where she wants to be with us 24/7, so anytime we're home she's with us. As such she is currently sitting on my lap while I'm typing this so it will also be a shorter review than normal. Back in May, Book Outlet had a mother's day book sale that my hubby and I both took advantage of to buy a few books. One of the books I purchased was this devotional novel by Max Lucado titled Celebrating Christmas With Jesus: An Advent Devotional , for a pretty amazing price of 99 cents. I then put it aside until December came, and I looked forward to reading it as a way to really remember the true reason for the Christmas season. For Christmas this year, I was one spoiled girl. I had told everyone that I mainly wanted new books for Christmas, and I received an amazing haul of good ones this year, thanks largely in part to the amazing sale that Book Outlet put on on Black Friday. I'm not going to give descriptions or really talk about any of these books, because I have quite a few to go through, But I do want to say just how thankful I am to my amazing hubby, family and friends for the awesome books I was given. I didn't expect to receive any of these for Christmas, I was honestly just thankful getting to spend quality time with all the people I love, but I am completely amazed and so thankful that I have all these beautiful new books to enjoy in the new year. I know a lot of people do this particular type of post as "the best 14 books of 2014, the best 15 books of 2015", and so on, but I had way too many favorites to wheedle it down to only 15. Happy New Year All My Fellow Readers. I can't believe it's already 2016! 2015 was such a whirlwind, and I can't believe it's already been a few months since I first started this blog. I hope everyone had an amazing New Years :) Mine was fairly uneventful as my hubby was working late, so I spent it just curled up with an amazing book at home.
