The Hallmark Movie Tag

Hello Lovelies :)

I hope you're all having a great week, and making the most of each and every moment.

For as long as I can remember I've absolutely loved Hallmark movies. We unfortunately don't get the Hallmark Channel in Canada, but I've always loved watching them on the women's network, on dvd, on netflix, on youtube, etc, etc.

I'm a little weird in the sense that I don't see the new blockbuster movies in theaters very often, and usually I'd honestly rather just watch a Hallmark movie, and I talk about them a lot to my friends and family.

In fact, last week I was talking to my mom and she told me that she finally watched a couple of "those Hallmark Christmas movies that I'm always talking about" and that she loved them and can now see what all of the fuss is about.

So this long winded intro is getting to the point that I adore Hallmark movies, and so when I recently discovered the Hallmark Movie tag, I knew I needed to take part in it.

1) What's The Best Hallmark Christmas Movie You've Seen?

There were honestly so many I could have chosen for this, as I have a ton of favorites, but this sweet, heartwarming story is still my top pick. In fact my sister and I both love it so much that we've added Nevada City to the list of places we want to travel to someday.

2) What's The Best Hallmark Movie You've Seen?

This is without a doubt my new favorite. The fact that it stars Julie Gonzalo, the fact that it's a fall movie, and the fact that it boasts a bookish theme have this one pegged as something I love very very much. If you haven't yet seen this one, I highly suggest you do.

3) What's Your Favorite Hallmark Movie Season?

As we don't have Hallmark channel, this one's a little harder to answer, but I adore the fall and Christmas movies so I'd probably say those seasons of movies would be my favorites.

4) The Last Hallmark Movie You Saw?

I adored these novels by one of my favorite authors, Robin Jones Gunn. When I heard they were being made into movies, I literally couldn't wait, and I finally got to watching the second movie a few days ago. It was just as good as the first, and now I really can't wait to see Marrying Father Christmas.

5) Have You Ever Decided To Watch A Hallmark Movie Based Off It's Title?

By the title I had a feeling this one was going to be bookish themed, and so I decided I needed to see it. It's a really cute one, although I wouldn't list it as one of my favorites.

6) Do You Like Hallmark Murder Mysteries? If so, which ones?

I adore Candace Cameron Bure, so it's probably not surprising that I also love the Aurora Teagarden mysteries. I've yet to see all of them, but I hope to do so in the near future.

7) Favorite Hallmark Movie Series:

I don't know if this counts, but I really love all the royal themed movies like Once Upon a Prince, A Royal Winter, A Princess For Christmas, and so on.

8) A Hallmark Movie That Had You Dying Of Laughter:

On top of this being another one of my favorites, I also loved how funny it was. Alicia Witt is great in this, and it's another one I highly recommend.

9) Is There A Hallmark Movie Out That You Haven't Seen Yet But Want To?

I'm really looking forward to seeing this one!

10) What Is Your Most Anticipated Hallmark Movie?

A Shoe Addict's Christmas and Sleigh Bell Sweethearts. I can't wait to watch both of these.

Thanks so much for reading guys! Have a great rest of your day.

Happy Friday Everyone :) Since it is Friday, I'll once again be participating in First Line Friday which is hosted by Hoarding Books .  For this week, I'm going to be sharing the first line from Melody Carlson's newest book, Courting Mr. Emerson. About The Book: When the fun-loving and spontaneous artist Willow West meets buttoned-up, retired English teacher George Emerson, it's not exactly love at first sight. Though she does find the obsessive-compulsive man intriguing. Making it her mission to get him to loosen up and embrace life, she embarks on what seems like a lost cause--and finds herself falling for him in the process. A confirmed bachelor, George vacillates between irritation and attraction whenever Willow is around--which to him seems like all too often.
