Hello Everyone :)
I pray today finds you all doing well, and I want to thank you all for joining me for another book review here on The Preppy Book Princess.
I first heard about the Tales from Grace Chapel Inn series quite a few years ago, but considering it consists of almost fifty titles, I never got around to starting it, as it just seemed like such a big time commitment.
However, last year I finally got the chance to dive into this wonderful series, and I absolutely adored it. You can check out my reviews of the first two titles using the links below, and today I'm excited to share with you all what I ended up thinking about the third installment.
Keep reading below for today's full review.

My Review:
I got a bit of a late start to reading the Tales from Grace Chapel Inn series, but it's quickly becoming a new favorite. Both the first and second stories were ones I ended up loving, and I couldn't wait to dive right into another.
Recipes and Wooden Spoons gives the reader more of the background story of the youngest Howard sister, Jane. She's often felt like she doesn't fit in with the rest of her family, and she's struggling with having to live with the fact that she never got a chance to know her mother before her passing. When she stumbles upon a recipe book that was her late mother's, she's excited for a chance to get to connect with the mother she never know through a common language that unites them: food!
This heartwarming and cozy story was one that I had a hard time wanting to put down, and I loved every moment of it. The characters have come to feel like old friends, and I love the inn setting more and more with each title I pick up. I loved the inclusion of recipes within this one, and I'm looking forward to trying a couple of them out.
If you're a fan of small town cozy series, this might just be a series you'll end up enjoying.
Final Rating: 5/5.
I adored it from start to finish, and I loved the emphasis on faith and family, and how it's illustrated that sometimes God has a much different plan than the ones we have for ourselves.
I can't recommend this one enough, and I look forward to carrying on with the next title shortly.
Thanks so much for reading guys! Have a great rest of your day :)
