My Review:

I'm wholeheartedly enjoying working my way through this wonderful, sweet small town series that focuses around three sisters who have turned their beloved Victorian family home into a well loved bed and breakfast.

Rally Round the Flag is almost split into two separate stories. The first finds the sisters entertaining a house full of veterans who are are in town for their annual meet up, and to take in many of Acorn Hill's Veteran's Day festivities. A story full of heart, faith and the importance of friendship touches the heart of each of the sisters.

The second part of the book focuses around the town's big homecoming football game, the Thanksgiving feast at Grace Chapel Inn, and a lovely friend of the sisters who has developed some health issues and is struggling with how to proceed.

All in all, this was a touching story that brought a big smile to my face and highlighted the importance of faith, family and friendship as we all navigate the bumpy road that is life. I love how cozy this entire series is, and they're the perfect books to pick up on a blustery, fall day.

Final Rating: 4/5.

I'd highly recommend this series to anyone looking for a heartwarming Christian fiction series that doesn't overly focus around romance.
